How do I create RPM packages?

Once you have made the distribution with "make dist", and checked that it works, you can type "make rpm" to create rpm packages if you are on a linux/rpm system. If you have MPI libraries installed you can also create GROMACS-MPI packages with "make mpi-rpm", but don't do it in parallel with the normal rpm packages.
