How do I create the Gromacs manual? |

Check out the CVS module 'doc' in the same directory where you checked out the 'gmx' module. To get the manual pages, file options and a couple of other things you will need a build of Gromacs. If you just run e.g. 'make ps' it will tell you if a file is missing, though, and how you can create it. To be able to make the booklet postscript manual you will need the pstools package, but it's probably already installed. The PDF booklet requires a reasonably new version of pdftex; the one shipped with Redhat 7.2 is OK (but you will have to update it if you want to create the PDF booklet).
