The paper version of the GROMACS documentation comprises more than 200 pages; actually it's not only a manual but rather a complete introduction to molecular dynamics, tailored to our software.

You can download the complete manual for free from the links below, and either view it on screen (using ghostview for the postscript version or Adobe Acrobat for the PDF version) or print it out.

Note that the major and minor number the manual should match your GROMACS software, but possible revision numbers are indepent. For example, the manual here could be version 3.0.1 while the software is version 3.0.7.

Unless there is an outcry for Postscript, we will only produce PDF manuals starting with Gromacs 3.2.
