A number of resources for learning to use GROMACS are available.

• You can find a step-by-step demo and several nice examples in the share/tutor subdirectory of your GROMACS installation.
• You can either browse around there on your own, or continue to our Online Reference Manual. That page is also available in your GROMACS installation directory under share/html/online/getting_started.html, so you can use it offline too!
• Third-party tutorials like a free energy perturbation tutorial, provided by the Dill group at UCSF
• Introduction to MD by the Groningen group (old version here)
