- Worked around an error on Tru64 Unix where the compiler didn't accept ansi C.
- Ported
the code to both Cygwin and Native Windows. You can find a windows
installation package in the Download/binaries section.
- Fixed a potential bug in angular restraints.
- Included multiple backup generations from development branch.
