Support Levels

The GROMACS team offers different levels of support. At the basic level there are mailing lists where more than 1000 users are gathered. Many of these have sufficient expertise to answer novice questions and there are quite a few experts on all aspects of GROMACS subscribed. In additions the developers frequent the lists as well and occasionally answer questions. The maling lists are archived and this is a great source of information.

For bug reports we have created a bugzilla server, which makes bug-tracking much easier, and it also adds to the transparency for the user. You can check when bugs have been first reported, and whether (when) they have been fixed.

For commercial users we offer paid support at different levels.
