Brownian Dynamics

Brownian dynamics is also known as position Langevin dynamics.  This type of simulation corresponds to high friction stochastic dynamics, or over-damped systems in which inertia effects are negligible.  Brownian dynamics simulations can be conducted using the bd integrator in the .mdp file.
